The 200 m2 house is located in a condominium but gives the feeling of total seclusion thanks to the large terrace, with two tables, chairs and curtains, sea view and access to the garden and swimming pool (areas shared exclusively with our family).
The flat has two double bedrooms, a bedroom/living room with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room adjoining the large and bright living room which opens onto the terrace through a glass door.
The furnishings of the house have been carefully thought out down to the last detail. In the living room you will find sofas and armchairs where you can relax, a flat screen TV with SKY Tv access, and a table where up to 6 people can dine.
In front of the condo you will find space to park your car and the centre of Taormina is about 800 metres away, a 10-minute walk.

From Catania or Messina, take the motorway and exit at Taormina. The GPS does not recognise Traversa C on Via Gaetano Martino, so enter Traversa B. Instead of turning onto this side street, continue driving along the road for about 20 metres and turn right at the next one. You will find yourself on a closed road. The Residence is on your right (Residence Hibuscus, pink building). Park on the roadside. Welcome.
If you arrive in Taormina by bus, you can walk to the house, if you have little luggage, in about 25 minutes. You can also take a taxi from the bus terminal. I recommend taking a taxi because Taormina is hilly and with luggage, especially in summer, it can be quite tiring.
If you arrive by train at Taormina/Giardini Naxos station, the easiest way to reach the flat is by taxi, which costs approximately 20 euros. On request, we can arrange private transfers from Catania airport to the flat. The cost varies between 80 and 120 euros, depending on the group of people.
Check-in is after 2pm.
Check-out is before 10 am.

The common areas, such as the swimming pool and garden, are shared exclusively with our family and are not for the exclusive use of guests.
In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation or no-show of the Guest, the following penalties shall apply:
The swimming pool is closed during the winter and opens in spring depending on the weather. It is usually open from April until the end of November.
The third bedroom, with a double sofa bed, is connected to the main bedroom, as it is designed to be the living room of a suite. So the exit from this room (which has a bathroom) is either through the main bedroom or from the outside corridor that connects to the living room.
We have two dogs, Labradors, who are very friendly and gentle and have access to the garden and pool area.
