The flat has a small terrace overlooking the sea with table and chairs and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (with oven and microwave) attached.
The Giulia apartment is perfect for families or small group of friends, in fact it can accommodate up to 4 adults. The apartment has a double bedroom, a dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, and a bathroom. The apartment overlooks a beautiful sea view terrace where you will find a table and chairs where you can eat and on the inside side a bbq and washing machine.
The Letizia penthouse is located in the Villa Letizia Residence just a short distance from the beach in Recanati. The penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with WC and washbasin), a living room with kitchen and a large sea-view terrace furnished with armchairs, table and sofa.
The Gaia flat can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children.
